Right of withdrawal – Alpteq

We at Alpteq voluntarily offer you an extended right of withdrawal of a total of 60 days to give you maximum security with your purchase.

The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days remains unaffected. Within the first 14 days you can return your product without giving any reason and receive a full refund.

From the 15th day to the 60th day, a refund can only be made if the product is unused and in perfect condition. If the product shows signs of use, we reserve the right to retain an appropriate compensation.

Conditions for return:

You can return your product without restrictions within the first 14 days.

From the 15th day onwards, trekking poles with obvious signs of use (e.g. scratches, damaged tips, worn handles) can only be returned for a partial refund.

If the goods have been used, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value.

Return costs:

For cancellations within the first 14 days, the statutory regulations apply. Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

After the 14-day statutory period and within the voluntary 60-day period, you will in any case be responsible for the return costs yourself.

We ask that you contact us before returning an item to clarify the process. An unauthorized return may delay processing.

Expiration of the revocation:

Send us an email with your order number and the reason for return to: office@alpteq.de.

We will confirm the return and provide you with the exact return address.

As soon as the goods arrive and have been inspected, we will refund the purchase amount.

Note: Our voluntarily extended right of withdrawal applies in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days and does not exclude any statutory consumer rights.
